Abstract

The problem of the automatic assembly of micro devices is considered. The neural network based adaptive control system for micro device assembly is proposed. The system is based on the machine vision technology. The method of reducing of 3D to 2D problem is proposed. This approach permits to use OCR technique for microdevice assembly controlled by computer vision system.
